My dear friend Kara asked me if I would 'guest' post for her.... of course I said yes! So here are my thoughts about my bestest friend.
Kara is a wonderful. There isn't just one word to sum her up.... she is caring, thoughtful, others focused, sweet, humble, I could go on and on. Kara is a faithful reminder in my life that God is gracious and is constantly giving me far more then I deserve. She is a active participant in my life, which she will tell you can be quite the task. The countless times she reminds me again, and again of my sin or an area I was seeking growth. She encourages me and points me back the Savior and the cross EVERY time. She is quick to be the first one to apologize and seek forgiveness after a disagreement. (we have quite a few... there couldn't be two more different people...!) She is a example in so many ways. I often feel like I have so much to learn from her. Her passion for Christ and his church is inspiring. She serves selflessly where ever needed. Kara is a amazing girl and and a better friend. I thank God for Kara and often wonder why in the world God put her in my life, I certainly don't deserve her.

those are nice things to say, i dont know kara alcantar very well but i assume that what you said is true.
Hey everyone, everything Aly said about Kara is true. Including the full-time friend thing, does that apply to you too, Aly? Best thing about Kara is she doesn't know how great she is or at least she didn't before now. Love ya Kara.
